Our Trainers are highly skilled and able to adapt the training during any given course to suit the learning styles of the individuals attending. We have extensive knowledge of delivering a range of personal development training for your whole team.

We are offering companies a trial of a half day training course, to demonstrate how we motivate Sales Teams.

Objectives Reached runs a selection of business and personal development training courses.
Courses can be run in house or at any suitable premises. They are also available at our Norfolk Training Centre for small businesses and individuals
Workshops and participation
Most courses are workshop style with a high degree of participation all in a friendly, relaxed and supportive atmosphere. With group sizes from 5 to 12 delegates, everyone can join in and quickly build a working relationship. Each course is designed to ensure each individual develops their skills and can actively take immediately steps that will improve their day to day success in their current role. The group will include break-out sessions, group discussion and solutions to barriers any delegates may currently come across.
All Objectives Reached Training Courses can be made bespoke or exclusive for an individual company who may have a specific development needs.
We provide all learning materials and a supporting reference pack will be supplied at the end of each session.
Training at prices small businesses and individuals can afford
Price Guide For simplicity, we have priced all courses for 2011 the same. Most courses descriptions detail the level of skill or experience required by candidates, however if you are at a different level please contact us as we may be able to operate the same course adjusted to your requirements.
Published courses of 5 to 10 or 12 participants
Half day 4 hours of training plus buffet lunch, refreshments and networking £65
Full day 7 hours of training plus buffet lunch, refreshments and networking £99.
Evening 3 hours of training plus refreshments and networking £39
At your premises
For a group of up to 10 participants at your own premises with suitable facilities, £250 per 4 hour half day. If we provide facilities, refreshments and buffet lunch, £450. For larger groups or inexperienced participants the course can be tailored for you, however, 5 hours training time is recommended - prices agreed after discussion.
