Objectives Reached run a selection of personal development training courses aimed at all sizes of companies.  A number of the courses are on offer to the public, so that individuals can book a place.

Most courses focus around a workshop style with a high degree of participation from all in a friendly, relaxed and supportive atmosphere.  With group sizes from 5 to 10 or 12 delegates, everyone can join in and quickly build a working relationship.  Each course is designed to ensure each individual develops from the course and can actively take on board one or two elements from the session that will improve their day to day operation in their current role.  The group will include break-out sessions, group discussion and solutions to barriers any delegates may currently come across.

As all Objectives Reached Training Courses are bespoke we can offer exclusive courses to an individual company who may have a specific development need or you may prefer to attend one of our scheduled courses which again are tailormade around the attendees field of industry on each course.   

All our Trainers are highly skilled and able to adapt the training during any given course to suit the learning styles of the individuals attending.  We have extensive knowledge of delivering a range of personal development training for your whole team.

So whichever option you decide is most suitable for your employees, you can be sure the training is not just a standard course.  

We provide all learning materials and a supporting reference pack will be supplied at the end of each session.

For simplicity, we have priced all courses for 2008 the same.  Most courses descriptions detail the level of skill or experience required by candidates, however if you are at a different level  please contact us as we may be able to operate the same course adjusted to your requirements.

 

Published courses of 5 to 10 or 12 participants

 

Half day 4 hours of training plus buffet lunch, refreshments and networking  £65

 

Full day 7 hours of training plus buffet lunch, refreshments and networking  £99.

 

Evening 3 hours of training plus refreshments and networking  £39

 

At your premises

 

For a group of up to 10 participants at your own premises with suitable facilities, £250 per 4 hour half day.  If we provide facilities, refreshments and buffet lunch, £450.  For larger groups or inexperienced participants the course can be tailored for you, however, 5 hours training time is recommended - prices agreed after discussion.

 

If you work in the voluntary

‘Not for Profit’ sector, all spaces booked in the last month are at half price. Please ask for details

All published course are held in comfortable, reasonably priced facilities.  We can provide the course in a range of facilities including Spas, Golf Clubs, Restaurants and Country Hotels.  Overnight accommodation can be arranged.  Our courses can be fitted into your conferences and sales meetings or be integrated with Team Building Events.
