This is an opportunity to join one of our Franchises. We are looking for self employed people to work at least some hours most weeks. You can be in employment at present and build the business in the evenings and weekends with us providing working day cover but once it hits a critical size, then you have to be available during the day. The hours are flexible so the partnership would suit parents and those whose business does not keep them fully employed.

We identified a large untapped talent locally, only held back by the lack of capital. So over the last year, we have been working on creating opportunities that are funded and ready to trade. Each business is a combination of web sites that promote local businesses and business support networks. These will be in major Villages, e.g. East Dereham, Stowmarket and Huntingdon, in major Towns, e.g. Kings Lynn, Bury St Edmunds and Wisbech as well as Norwich, Ipswich and Cambridgeshire.
Whilst there is competition for all our businesses, our set up is unique. Our concept is based around the sharing of information and resources that allows our web sites to have the most comprehensive information that is not just up to date but always of reliable quality. By providing our Clients with a range of services and promotion opportunities, we will become an important supplier to them. By not asking our Associates (self-employed people that join our Team) to commit their capital, we will have a larger pool of talent and therefore can select on quality and commitment rather than just those with the ability to pay up front. This is a vital element of this ‘people’ led business.

What next?
We have our Conceptual Business Plans for Objective Plans however at this stage we will not publish them as they have a value in their own right. We are at the stage where we are looking for 4 to 8 Associates to join us. In an ideal world they would have a range of backgrounds allowing us to fully test our training and business model.

We would still retain the low cost virtual structure targeting the investment into growth via recruitment, marketing and training. We would prefer an investor who is local or who has local connections. Whether active in the day to day business or not any investor will need to embrace the Virtual World.
